This seminar is ideal for busy working adults preparing for the SHRM certification exam and combines weekly live sessions with flexible, self-paced learning. Participants will meet virtually one evening each week for interactive sessions including lectures, case studies, Q&As, and practice tests, while working through the SHRM Certification Prep System independently throughout the week. The course covers essential HR topics such as strategic management, workforce planning, total rewards, labor relations, and more, and is led by a certified SHRM-SCP professional.
